If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days from the date you receive the item. We will exchange the item or issue a refund for the original purchase price. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Items must be unused and unwashed to receive a full refund. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment or store credit.
All returns and exchanges should be sent back to More Than More via insured mail in a secure package. For exchanges, customers must pay return shipping to MTM as well as shipping the replacement item(s) back. Please email us at email@example.com with any return inquiries.
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to dispatch orders quickly and efficiently. Therefore we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed.
